    Albany could have ticketed at least 6 cars about an hour ago. The congestion is thick with people parking on both sides. My Starbus was waiting for 4-5 minutes to make it down the street. Make it a one way!! OR do something about this, multiple tickets and no replies.

    Albany School of Humanities fencing for the Holmes court side is falling apart. The fence that is blocking 11 and 9 holmes court is broken and falling down. It is the area by the dumpster.
