This is a follow up to an archived report - the property owner still has not cleaned up the sofas, wood pallets and other trash (a date of 12/12 was originally stated as his clean-up deadline). There is a very large piece of graffiti inside the stairwell on the Chuck E. Cheese side of the property and now there is fresh graffiti on the CiCi's pizza side on the back stairs and the city power/transformer box.

The property at 3501 Capital Blvd (Cici's Pizza, Babies 'R Us, Chuck E Cheese) has become a magnet for graffiti and trash, and the longer the owner lets it remain the more it attracts. Please see the attached photo for details, there is graffiti on two separate parts of the building, as well as piles of trash around both dumpsters on the left and right rear-ends of the building. Could the city contact the owner and give them a little motivation to clean this eyesore up?
