Requests DPW to evaluate and remove snow in road at 31-35 Edgewood Ave Plow driver stopped in front on the corner of Edgewood and School St but haven't been back in a couple hours and it's freezing a bit, which is the same hill where the trash truck gets stuck on One house has an elderly woman who lives alone who has feet of snow in front from plow pile

Resident has noted that this hill is difficult to navigate with ice every storm even though a smaller hill (Edgewood). Explained that today the trash truck was stuck on the hill for about a half hour They are requesting sand/salt today, and to have hill noted for sand or salt in future storms, they typically call DPW for storms Photo of the trash truck on the bill from resident They noted that they had a good experience with Harvey workers while they were stuck Note: This is also a regular route of senior residents from the Housing Authority on Edgewood to the Senior Center

Received request for 3 way stop or some other remedy to difficult intersection

"West Street that ends on what is Salem (Dracut) and Dracut (Methuen) is a really bad intersection. Seems like it should be a 3 ways stop and thinking one part is Dracut and the other is Methuen so maybe suggestion needs to be to both towns? It is at the end…or beginning… of West Street which runs from Pelham right near the school and ends on Salem Street which I believe turns into Dracut right at that spot. There is a stop sign on West…both ends. It it is really hard to pull out onto Salem as you can’t see cars coming either direction. Only safe time is At night…lights coming let’s you know a car is coming. A three way stop makes sense. So it is where West Street ends (or begins) and is perpendicular to Dracut Street (which at that point turns into Salem. There is a stop sign on West but it is really hard to see traffic coming from either direction on Dracut/Salem St. Especially when there is foliage. Not bad at night as you can see lights coming. Seems stop signs there, making it 3 way would be safer. It starts where Marsh School is on Pelham and ends on Dracut St which is Salem st in Dracut."
