    This is not a blocked basin issue, it is a draining issue that is flooding the corner of Joyroad and Roselawn. DWSD have been out on several occasions to free the 2 drains; however the water comes back. Usher Trucking company, located 9000 Roselawn, makes frequent turns at this location. When the weather becomes colder and the water freezes: this creates an opportunity for accidents.
