    The street seems to have caved in right where some repairs have recently been made.
    This hole is EXTREMELY dangerous for cyclists. Please at least put a traffic barrel over it ASAP.

    1115 South St Needham, MA, 02492, USA - Needham
    This pothole is on the eastbound side of South St. On March 9 at about 3:30 PM I saw a cyclist hit this pothole and crash. FORTUNATELY, the motorist behind the cyclist was able to stop before hitting the cyclist, who was lying on the road in front of him. This could have been a really bad accident. Please fill it in ASAP.

    It's a storm drain cover, not a manhole cover (but this seemed the closest category). It's on the northbound side of Central Ave, opposite the entrance to North Hill. As the picture shows, the grates are parallel to the direction of travel. This creates an EXTREMELY dangerous condition for bicyclists (like me). I noticed that all of the similar drain covers along Central Ave are turned 90 degrees, so the grates are perpendicular to the direction of travel. Much, much safer. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

    410 Summer Street Westwood, Massachusetts - Westwood
    These three potholes are small, but deep, and difficult to see due to shadows of nearby trees. They are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS for bicyclists. I did not see one, hit it, and almost flipped over my handlebars (I felt my rear wheel leave the ground). I still lost control of my bike and crashed. Fortunately I landed off the side of the road in grass and dirt, and out of the path of the cars behind me. Please fix this before someone is seriously hurt. (I have photos of all three, but it appears I can only upload one)
