Homeless Concerns ArchivedFolsom Street At 19th Street San Francisco, California - MissionMore and more tents are showing up all of the time, leaving huge messes behind, or just creating huge messes while they are there. The garbage overflows into the street and covers the entire sidewalk. There are also tons of likely stolen bikes covering the sidewalk while the homeless people repaint and take them apart. which is what leads me to believe they stole them. It has gotten seriously out of hand. The images attached are not the messiest, at all, it is just hard to take pictures without getting yelled at.
