I moved my car off the street for sweeping, per the No Parking signs, and now this construction vehicle has taken the spot, and the area in front of my house will not get swept. I would have received a ticket if I hadn't moved mine, but these contractors can do as they please?

Very frequently, when I stop at this red light, cars will go around me, proceeding through the red light. Last I knew, red meant stop. Kinda leaves me feeling like an idiot - like maybe I should not be stopping for the light? Am I doing something wrong by stopping? Can we either ENFORCE the laws, or get rid of this light and install a stop sign at the end of Lowin? Tired of the lawlessness around here - cant wait to sell and move to a better town where laws are ENFORCED.

The portable crosswalk sign that is usually deployed at this intersection is missing. It was removed for the winter but never returned in the spring. Can this sign be re-deployed?

Recycle bin blocking driveway. This is happening all too often. It may not seem like it but this is a bit of a safety issue, as I had to double park, with traffic trying to get around me, while I moved the toter. Please do some retraining and get this resolved before somebody is struck by a car. I am not indicating my exact address because the issue is not address specific - it applies to every toter in the city.
