    Tree on berm is diseased/dying and root filled. The roots have busted up the sidewalk the City replaced/ and is causing a sinkhole in my lawn. I have a 2 schools directly across from this tree and U of D college practice here. I've noticed other trees being removed on my block that don't seem as bad.

    The dying tree has limbs that often fall at the slightest breeze and started to crack/elevate the sidewalk. It has caused a huge sinkhole in grass. In the summer time it's plagued with bugs/worms. I live directly across from a elementary school and small kids have to walk pass daily. This is my 3rd request to have this tree looked at for removal.
