As usual, this dirtbike dummy is disturbing the peace. Please inform as to how I can coordinate with the city to catch this guy in the act.
Preferably inform on how to go about pressing legal charges on this guy to stop the ridiculousness; he disturbs the peace nearly every day.
As another fixer already stated: if this was a different part of the city this situation would have been handled years ago.
Do I have enough evidence to take him to civil court for disturbing US EVERY FREAKING DAY?

Their short haired boxer mix has been in the back yard for over an hour! It is NEGATIVE 17 DEGREES OUTSIDE. This is the worst type of cruelty.
Please save this poor dog. His name is Marlo.

The dirtbike dummy is back at it. Back and forth, back and forth. All afternoon. Into the evening. Yesterday, the day before and today, and RIGHT NOW. Please make this guy stop harassing the neighborhood.

I am reporting that two teenage boys have been harassing my neighbor. My neighbor is mentally ill.
I'm not gonna call them kids. Because they're old enough to know better.Knocking and running, taunting him, etc.

I have also seen these same punks and with a teenage female walking up the street looking into every parked car they passed.

I have also witnessed the trio sprinting down the street, looking over their shoulders while running, and one can't help but wonder what exactly they're running from? They were trying to use someone's yard to cut over to Summit from Lindenwood but they kept encountering dogs, hah!
Next time I see them I'm gonna try to find out where they live. They need a stern "talking-to" at minimum.
Description: both white, thin, maybe Five foot tall(?). Look like they belong in a trailer park. Look like they have bad attitudes. They spout foul language loudly too.
    Disgusting.
    Neighbors be aware.
    Lock your cars.
    Secure your fences.

This punk rides wheelies up and down the alley multiple times (up to 20 times!) per afternoon, revving the throttle incessantly. He makes a strange whooping noise when he is directly behind my fence. He does this only when I am in my back yard working in my garden.
He also rides wheelies up and down Lindenwood and all over the neighborhood with zero regard for residents, their children and our pets.
He called me a b!tch yesterday for recording him then proceeded to pull his phone out to record himself breaking the law as he repeatedly passed my location pointing his camera toward me and my yard in the background.
I have this all on video.
My backyard is a place where I am supposed to have reasonable expectation of privacy.
The alley is NOT a place where he is entitled to reasonable expectation of privacy - as alleys are part of the public domain. It is not unlawful for me to record his transgressions in the public domain but it is against the law for him to harass me and attempt to intimidate me.
This has been going on for a couple years now and I have had enough. Please tend to this ongoing problem as it has now escalated into overt harassment.

I was viciously attacked by three purebred Staffordshire Bull Terriers while walking down Summit Ave near 8th st. At about 11am on Apr 4th 2023.
I called animal control and a report was taken.
The dogs have been “quarantined as dangerous” for ten days meaning if they go outside they must be leashed. The owner was given a “dogs at large” fine.
I decided to press charges because that is not sufficient punishment for such a brutal un-instigated attack. These dogs managed to knock me down in the middle of the street and were biting me. I knew not to run from these animals so I chose to fight them off. A Good Samaritan managed to pull his vehicle in between me and the attack dogs so I could walk - not run- away.
In my opinion, those dogs which were very specifically bred as fighting dogs (the breed specifically) and whose bite is 100 lb per square inch GREATER than a put bull’s should be put down: These were very clearly not family dogs. Not socialized at all.
I look forward to a day in court.
