    This whole area needs some help to look nicer. There is a lot of foot traffic through this area to the beach, it's right next to the Amtrak station and the casino, and it just looks trashy (yes, there's also trash all over the place). It looks like this area was nicely landscaped at one point, but it needs to be redone. The stop signs are filled with graffiti and litter, I feel like the stop signs can be properly installed instead of sitting in buckets. Small touches will help make this area look more visually appealing to those visiting the area, thus increasing the chances of people wanting to visit the area again.
