The timer that the lamps are on needs to be set correctly so the lamps turn on by dark. At 5:00 pm, the Green between Temple and College is completely dark. They do turn on at some point later in the evening. Not safe to walk through the Green after work just past 5 in the dark.

Can we please have a bike rack by the gated entrance of the Quinnipiac Meadows / Fargeorge preserve, about where the car visitors can park? It's a regular bicycle destination for taking nature walks, but there's nowhere convenient to leave bikes.
