The Red Lounge (2nd floor of mini-mall at 11th and Washington) opened last weekend Nov 25 and there has been excessive noise (loud music with heavy bass) until 2-3am in the morning on both Friday and Saturday nights. I live a block away and can hear the reverberating bass clearly as I try to get to sleep.Called the police but the noise has not abated. Need to lessen the bass.
