By the big silver oak tree

    What is the point of this triangular shaped park? I live a street down. I sometimes walk my dog over to it. There's not even a bench. Maybe the city could spruce it up a bit? Add a dog waste bag/ disposal post? Add some nice flowers? I see the mowers there once a month and it seems like a waste of taxpayer dollars when it's just a patch of unusable grass.
