    Harrisburg street at Delaware is flooded enough that a car cannot drive through it. The weather has been bone dry all day. The water is coming up from a drain on the corner of Harrisburg & Delaware.

    2:45pm on Tuesday and the streets are already flooding, backing up through the storm drains. It’s not even high tide & hasn’t started raining from the storm yet. Corner of Harrisburg & Delaware (pic taken). Also on Carson and Delaware, Connecticut and Huntington, just to name a few.
