I thought It seemed a little suspicious
so I watched him. He eventually came up to me and ask me at mcdonald's at Oxford ave in Fox chase.
I wanted to help with a place for him and his family to stay. So i went over to the Foxchase state Rep's office and got a print out of shelter in philadelphia.

Iam a part of Foxchase townwatch.

I've called the Philadelphia Police and made a report.

I'm just saying It the holidays Be Safe everyone.
