    As of 6 pm, cars may be parked only on the EVEN SIDE of streets in East Rock, Fair Haven, The Hill, Newhallville, Dixwell, and parts of the Beaver Hills, Edgewood and West River neighborhoods. If you are parked on the odd side, you need to move your car right away so that the plows can come through and so you don't get towed. You can find free parking lots at the city's website.
