In front of 143 Beacon there is an ever-growing pile dumped on the curb. Bags of something, doors, and other stuff. Been there at least 4 weeks. In front of 81 Beacon a chair has been out on the curb for two weeks. Perhaps LCI or neighborhood officers could drop in on the residents and inform them that they need to have the refuse taken away at their expense.

At the storm drain curb installation a large (6x9) pothole has opened and is damaging to car suspension. This storm drain was recently repaired and the repair has opened up.

On Chapel between Howe and Dwight are several utility laterals that service the new Novella building. They have not been paved with a finished to grade permanent patch. They should have been finished a great while ago. Pls have the street superintendent inspect the area and arrange for the contractors to put permanent patches to the existing grade.

There is chronic and constant narcotics trafficking in Beacon Ave

Buyer will enter Beacon from Frost St. Stop briefly while on cell phone and then turn on to Beacon. Seconds later dealer will follow, pull up alum side the buyer and the hand-to-hand occurs.

This occurring multiple times a day. We could use some enforcement or - at the least - some uniform presence on the street

Numerous vehicles parked on north side of Page St between Beacon and Hillside -- obstructing traffic flow -- emergency vehicles cannot pass through. Most facing wrong way on the street. Police cannot really enforce as the city REFUSES to place the necessary "no parking" signage on the street. Need the necessary signage here and between Hillside and Huntington so police can due necessary enforcement.

In Long Wharf Park -the home of the soon to be reopened visitors center - the parking lot surface and the general appearance of the area is despicable. The lot surface is pot holed with some able to swallow a tire whole. The trash in the park and adjacent areas will certainly fill a small dumpster. Parks and Trees have signs showing it is their responsibility --- BUT they certainly don't accept any in maintaining and cleaning the area. What a great introduction to New Haven when the center reopens.

The traffic signal @ Woodward and Main, Annex, is sorely malfunctioning. The left turn arrow for northbound traffic on Woodward lights for only 5-10 seconds, enough for two car to move at most. This afternoon the northbound green light sequence was skipped through two east/west bound sequences. This is a state of ct light and new haven should contact the state to get the problem cleared up. Road rage was growing around me this afternoon while the light skipped northbound drivers.
