Recycling tagged the cans and nobody has picked up the garbage in months. It now looks like an invitation to dump garbage. If neighbors can't figure out the difference between trash and recycling then remove the cans.

This alley is a prime candidate for alley renovation to mitigate stormwater runoff and possible contamination of water flooding into the cemetery.
