    This vacant lot continues to have the same overgrown and crepe myrtle trees and weeds along with constant trash dumped throughout. The trees are overhanging the sidewalk by some six feet. It’s a polluted eyesore that is a detriment to the entire area. Please hold the property owner accountable!

    The condition of this entire road is a complete and utter embarrassment to the city of Richmond. How does the city justify the taxes they demand when there are roads like this?? Disgraceful.

    The condition of this part of Sheppard Street is an atrocity. It was in terrible shape before the snowstorm, but when the snow plows came through, it tore up all the loose asphalt even more. It is unsafe, and it is certainly damaging vehicles that use this alleyway. It looks like it hasn't been paved in a decade or more.
