  • Orange St And George St New Haven, Connecticut - Town_Green
The community in the Ninth Square is requesting the installation of a left turn arrow leaving Orange St onto George St. 4 lanes of traffic coming off the connector and is battling with traffic trying to turn left towards the Columbus museum and cars are not able to flow out of the Ninth Square. Lack of attention will surely result in accidents because everyone is jumping the light to compete with the oncoming traffic. We have been asking for this for some time now. If the city can install bicycle street lights then they surely have the ability to address a real dangerous situation here with lack of a turn arrow.
  • New Haven Green New Haven, CT - Downtown
This is an unfortunate and quite horrible example of the decay in respect of the historic New Haven Green. How the graffiti will safely be removed from the trees is only part of the problem, and it is imperative that the proprietors and the city focus on eradicating ALL the illegal and frightning activity that seems to be escalating on the Green. This mess is what visitors to our city see and experience first hand.

  • 181 Crown St New Haven, CT - Town_Green
New Halogen lights on the Chapel Square building are now facing down Crown St and blinding drivers heading toward Church St. You can't even watch the light change when they are on. They need to be adjusted on the roof to face downward. Not to mention that they are stadium lights that are creating way too much light noise in the area.
