Issue: City draining line/pipe dumping water in my property without permission and flooding my property. The issue has been reported and engineering Dept. is not answering my emails. I have video, pictures. I will hate to call the media the next time my property floods due to negligence. Problem persists since 2018 and I don’t see any action to resolve the issue.
