Code Violations Archived50 Edgecomb St. Albany, New York - Delaware AvenueThe pool cover on the inground pool is collapsing into the pool, due to the weight of the snow and ice. This is an abandoned (burned) property. The pool cover was put on in October (we aren't sure who put it on, as the property has been abandoned since June due to a fire) The fencing that surrounds the yard and pool is falling apart.... This is a very dangerous situation for the neighboring properties.
