I have emailed our leasing office several times concerning our sir quality since their office is on site. They finally fixed the AC but the quality and the vents on 226 and the connected building 200 are very dirty in each apartment room. I've asked for a new one a week ago and they claimed it was being shipped. My boyfriend and I and several others have been coughing none stop only while we are here. My neighbor who is blind and went to chapel haven said his maid came over and saw mold in his. I had to tell him to turn it off no one informed him and he was breathing that in. Our neighbor across the hall is even moving. We own a dog and myself and currently being treated for my disablity and medical. This building is primarily families,disabled, elderly etc. This is just our vent alone. It got so bad we had to turn ours off and using windows/fans. I just moved in not even 2 months ago and I'm concerned not only for my safety but the others who can not speak up for themselves. Is their anything you can do.
