Very dead tree in the tree well in front of this address

Someone put a rug or piece of carpet behind our fence in the alley at this address. Please remove it when you can. Thanks

Tree in treewell is very dead and needs to be removed.

The tree well tree has a fallen limb which is temporarily wedged on another limb. A strong wind could send it flying--into someone's car or worse. A neighbor also pointed out that the tree needs more pruning, again to prevent flying debris.

The storm drain on Rowland near the corner is full of leaves. The one across Rowland probably is as well. The intersection flooded during the last downpour. The city is not very attentive to these storm drains and they cause intersection flooding repeatedly. Please clear these drains!

There are at least 2 metal "nails" extending above this sidewalk. I've stubbed my toe on one and nearly went flying. The elderly and some other people are at risk. Please remove them.
