I had to open this up as a new issue as you close my other issue and close the commenting on it . I think you need to work on the system as I do not feel it's right that you can close the issue if the person who opened it disagrees with you and does not feel the issue was closed. Also the re-open button does not work on the application The city has referred me to contact the Macomb County Road commission this is not correct putting the onus on the homeowner when the issue is between Sterling Heights and the Macomb County Road commission. I have seen in the newspaper and on TV Sterling Heights and the Macomb County Road commission working together when they want to close an issue out. This Has been well documented and I'm sure a number of my neighbors on Utica Road that had flood damage during the floods are watching the trials in Warren closely to see what the outcome is for recovery. Please work with the Macomb County Road commission and fix the drainage issues on Utica Road.

Gage Crescent And Utica Road Sterling Heights, MI - Sterling Heights
This issue has been open since 2014 unfortunately with the new updated system it doesn't keep track when the real issue was open the ditch running to the east on gauge Crescent in the ditch running to the north on Utica Road do not drain properly we have play the blame game between the city and the state who manages Utica Road at one point to even come out and said that it was fixed there was no issue When we asked for either one of them to put it in writing that there was no drainage issue all of a sudden no one wanted to talk to us anymore all I am asking is if it is truly not a problem why won't the city or the state put it in writing
