    Last summer the City repaired this section of curb in front of our property. This winter a grader came through after the street had already been plowed and ripped the whole thing up. This broken pavement needs to be removed now because it presents a dangerous hazard for pedestrians and drivers, and also makes it difficult for us to access our mailbox. When weather permits, this curb must, again, be repaired by the City as it is necessary to direct the flow of water to the storm drains.

    Berm along south shoulder of Cottage Ave. between 16 Cottage and Oliver Ave. has been badly damaged over past 2 winters and has now almost completely disintegrated. Not simply pot hole repair. This needs to be properly replaced to prevent water running down hill (Meade Ave.) from flooding properties on Cottage Ave.
