Mattresses laying in the yard along with other debris and heavy brush. Leaves are abundant & the wind will blow them on neighbors lawns. The Fire Dept & Health Dept. should be notified ASAP.

4/26/2011 this house has been asked to turn down their loud music by at least two-three neighbors and this is an on-going situation. WHY is there so much traffic in and around this house? ? They have to be "constantly asked & always seems to want to argue. They have no concern for the other neighbors - many who do NOT want to hear this loud music. There are large numbers of people & cars (10ish) & some just standing in the street lingering. This delays traffic thru Franklin ST. Neighbors are fed up with this -- and would like something done NOW! Peace & Quiet is all we're looking for -- just like any other neighborhood in the City of Kingston! Peace & Quiet !

Debris in yard - there is no fence around the property and the debris is overwhelming. This same house had an issue with trash cans that were left out all week - that issue has been fixed and NOW this. There is a lot of young folks endlessly hanging around and this house is diagonal to the Kingston Public Library.
    Image to follow.
Community Pride - where is it?

Where can folks park when weather conditions make it necessary to get off the street for plows, etc. I've paid $100 ticket and hear of others in this area getting their cars towed, etc. & paying Big Bucks! At one point the library/church appeared to be available. Where can we park ? ? ?

Twice in one week the police were called out account pit bulls were running loose at this residence.
This on-going problem has been reported before and quite honestly something should be done about irresponsible dog owners. The Hodge Center and the Library has many children
and there are seniors and people with disabilities in this area. HOW long does it take to FIX this problem??? Not only do residents have to tolerate the multitude of traffic -- coupled with these
loose dogs? ? ? If Click Fix
    is REAL -- FIX IT!!!

Safety Hazard - Huge heavy trunks of trees laying on the land right above B'way - My concern is IF
there is a heavy rain and/or snowfall -- could they possibly fall on the roadway? Should the City of Kingston be "Proactive" on situations like this?

When homes are abandoned, I'd like to know who is responsible to maintain the property - both inside and out? It's been months that the lawns been cut and MUCH debris has been left on this property both in the front and on the side of the house. HUGE EYESORE - Also affecting Insurance rate on other residents nearby? How long will it take to get this resolved?????

It appears the prior residents have recently moved out AND apparently NEW residents are already in. Can something be done about the upkeep of this property? HISTORY: Trash cans left out ALL week, debris all over in & around entire house & yard; just general poorly kept property. I'm REALLY surprised the Kingston City Library hasn't broached this problem yet?

EYESORE BIGTIME: This house has been
abandoned for some time and is not only an eyesore, it could also be hazardous to other homes in the area, as although it is boarded up, the windows are broken and the rear door to back porch is opened. How long should neighbors be subjected to this?

Pit bulls all around this neighborhood -
there are inadequate Fencing for them running loose in yards, etc. QUESTION: Are 3Ft fences adequate?? ALSO, I see young children holding them on leashes AND young men (who have trouble just holding up their pants) trying to hold on to these vicious dogs.
This is an issue that should be dealt
with pro-actively NOT AFTER some innocent child, etc. gets attacked. Is it safe to walk to the library or to the Hodge Center or even to come out of your house? How does the average layman determine which ones are friendly or NOT??? I see
the Cat issues on the Agenda . . .
    what about Pit Bulls??
