I have called repeatedly, emailed, submitted the missed collection form, and asked for the supervisor to contact me - all with no results.     The chain barrier at the end of Chamberlain Street leading into Jaycee Park was torn off by a hit-and-run driver last week. It is now open and kids have stared joyriding in the park causing damage to plant- and wildlife. Request to please replace the barrier. Thanks!
