    The homeowners, an elderly lady and her husband, have been having roof work done for the past 2 weekends, working Saturday and Sunday only. They have installed new shingles and flashing on top of their roof. We thought it odd that there was no permit posted and no licensing information present on the work trucks as well as the fact they only worked on weekends.

    The tenant of this house has moved culvert pipe back into the alley way to block it's use. He has also dumped piles of debris in the alley way using a blue tarp and his truck.
