    Having been abandoned for so long, this building is starting to be the target of a hoc dismantling by people throwing rocks at the windows for kicks (or from boredom). The state's got no business abandoning a building like this, but if it's the city’s building as an NHI article from 2022 indicates, the city needs to do some work to keep it from turning into an eyesore or worse. It's not fair to the neighbors to neglect the building, because it's them who will suffer if it turns into something negative for the neighborhood Newhallville deserves better, so please maintain the building until it's converted into something good for the area
