The trees and yard were not watered for a few years and totally died.
The row of trees are completely dead and should be removed because of fire hazard.
The yard was full of weeds but they have been clearing them out. Hopefully a lawn will be planted or it will be just dirt as it has for several years. This is bad for property values.

House is vacant. Bank owned most likely. Bank should be required to keep up the front yard. This is a blight on the neighborhood along with the home next to it.
