There is a black Jeep Cherokee parked on the road across the street from Deising's parking lot. I beleive it has been parked there for over a week. It even has a rock under one of its wheels so it doesnt roll away. I also beleive a man and his dog are living inside said Cherokee. They seem to be using the small park he is parked next to as a backyard too. The last 2 times I walked by there with my dog and daughter we could not even use the park to play in because his (95 lbs?)animal was barking loudly at us and was on a 50-ft (ish) rope for a leash. I just want to be able to let my kid run around that park because there is often no dog doo-doo there and I would hate to his this guy's dog taken from him, but he is a big dog and shouldnt have to live in a truck. Its getting hot out soon too.
