  • Intersection Of Ray Road And Howard Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Northwest
There are some leftover signs like these, centered on this intersection:
    "Road Work Ahead"
    "End Road Work"
They were placed when the large development build-out occurred on south of Howard Road on the east side of Ray Road.
That work finished some months ago but the signs are still up.
  • 9899-9999 Strickland Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Northwest

There is currently extensive construction activity on both sides of Leesville Road at the corner of Strickland Road in North Raleigh, with large crews pushing dirt around using lots of heavy equipment and dump trucks. As far as I can tell, there are no BMPs anywhere. There is dirt all over Strickland Road, no barriers, etc. The work looks very sloppy. For big projects like these, I'm surprised.

Could you please take a look?

  • 1676 West Millbrook Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Raleigh Council District A
At the Millbrook Road and Lead MIne Road intersection, at CAT Stop sign #8762, there is a PLANTATION of poison ivy, growing on the north side of Millbrook, just before Lead Mine. It is so bad that some of it reaches halfway into the sidewalk passage. This energetic growth of a noxious weed poses a hazard to anyone passing by on the sidewalk.
  • 8200-8298 Ray Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Northwest
On Ray Road between Wheatstone Ln and Hidden Branches Drive, going North, on the righthand side, there is a "DETOUR" sign that has been posted for the last 3-4 years. I think it should be removed, as it seems to serve no purpose.
