Blind curve, overgrown landscaping, and missing warning sign for traffic light ahead on westbound Meadow Lane approaching Ridgeview Rd and Olde Perimeter Way. Cars routinely drive about posted 25 MPH speed limit and either run red light at this intersection or make abrupt stop. A warning sign, either for traffic light ahead or digital speed sign to slow down, along with landscape maintenance on tree branches would improve the safety of this intersection.

Overgrown landscaping interferes with up to one-third of useable sidewalk

Uncle Bob's storage has a malfunctioning sprinkler that creates a walking AND biking hazard for pedestrians. Walkers and bikers avoid getting wet by walking and biking in the traffic lane rather than the sidewalk and bike lane. This located just past a blind curve where drivers may not be expecting bikes or walkers in the road. The sprinkler is typically on daily at approximately 8:00AM.

Significant damage was caused to the city sidewalk during construction of Uncle Bob's Storage from repeated placement of construction boom lift on city sidewalk between November 2015 and March 2016 even after several missing sidewalk slabs were replaced in November 2015. Exterior construction appears to have ended yet several slabs remain severely cracked and uneven (both old and new). In the last couple weeks an additional sidewalk for the business was installed adjacent to the city sidewalk as well as new sod but it was installed around the existing damaged city sidewalk in front of the property.

Green signal timing for northbound/southbound traffic on Glenlake Pkwy at intersection of Abernathy/Barfield/Glenlake is too long for southbound and too short for northbound. Signal is timed for an extended green light for all northbound traffic on Barfield despite light or no traffic at intersection. All southbound traffic on Glenlake has an excessive wait time. This occurs throughout day.

GPS devices appear to be directing drivers to use Ridgeview Road as a rush hour short cut. This road terminates in a dead end but drivers are then trespassing through two private parking areas including both a private drive and an apartment parking garage to reach Ashwood Parkway and ultimately Ashford Dunwoody.

This road terminates in a cul-de-sac but drivers are then trespassing through at least four private parking areas including both a commercial and a business parking garage to reach either the southern portion of Ridgeview Road or Meadow Lane.
