Second report today of this homeless woman and her encampment Vagrancy and blocking access are illegal First report this morning at 401 Central NE This report 301 Central NE Please do your job and remove her from our neighborhood and get her assistance

Homeless woman and belongings blocking the sidewalk and ADA ramp Previously occupied the adjacent bus stop This has been routine for 2 years in our neighborhood Please do something about it!

This individual has been a nuisance for 3 weeks Ringing call boxes Camping out at the bus stop Ripping limbs off street trees He's aggressive and potentially dangerous Prior filed cases have been described as closed How can the Keller Administration close a case when NOTHING has been done to solve the problem !

This bus stop has been taken over by 2 homeless individuals for the last 10 days, for much of the day How can people catch the bus comfortably with this? ABQ Ride needs to keep their stops clean and free of clutter and non-customers

This homeless gentleman has been hanging around The Lofts at Albuquerque High for 5 days He's using the call box to try and gain access creating concerns for our residents Please pick him up and get him some help Thanks

There is a loose manhole cover in the street that rattles all day and all night. There are hundreds of Albuquerque residents negatively impacted. Please repair!!!!

Most nights and mornings, there is a car parking in front of this building. To park, they are driving over the curb and sidewalk. There is no curb cut. There is lots of on-street parking in the area. This seems very illegal to me. Please advise.

Most cities I visit have traffic signals that (a) are coordinated with adjacent signals to allow vehicles to make all lights, traveling at a safe speed at or under the limit, or (b) has actuated signals at all intersections, not coordinated with adjacent signals but very efficient in quicklygiving a green light to the movements that need one. Albuquerque does neither. We have signals that do not respond to traffic demand, and with very few exceptions are not coordinated with adjacent signals. In my opinion, this lacks intelligence and innovation, both of which Albuquerque needs. Every day, every person who drives is sitting at multiple traffic signals, on long fixed timing, with long periods of unused or underused green signals in all directions. Can't we do better than this? I'm happy to discuss in detail.
