Hello!
I have spoken to Melissa at the Summergrove property management office in regards to this issue! About 4 times now cars are not seeing the pedestrian crosswalk after they come to the stop sign and we have been almost hit! Myself twice and yesterday my husband while walking our dog! Can we please have some of these crosswalks repainted so we can avoid having someone or child or children injured! We are in the Summergrove subdivision and it seems the majority of the pedestrian crosswalks have faded over the years! Thanks for your understanding! We were told this is a city issue and we hope we can have this done with appreciation! Thank you so much!

All of the surrounding neighbors feel this is an eye sore on our street! This builders lot has been like this for the passed 6 months and is attracting trash rodents and other debris! This lot is owned by Scott Neely construction and the real estate agent is Christie Hayes with Keller Williams! Please at least have the weeds trimmed if they don't plan on building at this moment.
