The driver on inbound CAT Bus 4 is not following the route. How many people are being left or being forced to walk, call a cab, etc, because your driver is failing to do their job. CAT bus drivers are sone of the worst in the country, this is egregious. City of Raleigh, what do you have to say to the stranded passengers? This wouldn't be a big deal if the driver would have acknowledged their mistake and fix it by going back to Hillsborough Street but they don't care.
