The idiots at this address continually leave their trash containers on the Sycamore Street curb lawn. Please do something about this eyesore

Garbage cans left on curb lawn continually. Snow is never removed from sidewalks on Sycamore and West Michigan sidewalks (this issue has been going on for years)..

Another winter is almost complete, and another for another winter the Honolulu House has ignored the Marshall snow removal ordinance. For many years the Honolulu House has promptly removed the snow from their back walk from their parking lot, but has ignored the sidewalks on Mansion and North Kalamazoo. The Honolulu House should be an example of what a good neighbor does by promptly removing the snow from their sidewalks and stop acting like an absentee slumlord that never clears the snow from their sidewalks.

On the curb lawn opposite 108 North Sycamore, branches and limbs that were blown down by a storm or dumped in the street have been put in a pile for the city to pick up.

Does the do anything proactively? Like clean up blown down branches and limbs after a storm or do they wait for citizens to report issues and then respond?
