    This street is in a real mess and yards are a shamble with debris spilling into this nice, wide, curbed street. Street and vacant properties are adversely affecting property values. The City needs to enforce the ordinances that are to protect tax paying property owners from property owners that are not maintaining their houses and yards. Crime is rampant here and it looks like nobody cares!
