This is the 3rd Time since august this light has been reported, the city has reached out to duke and they have fixed the light. It is not a lightbulb issue. When the wind blew previously the light would flicker and then kick off. Sometimes it would flicker and then kick on.
It is currently out and every other street light is on in the neighborhood. It's real dark down here with the church blocking the downtown lights. Is there anyway someone at duke can escalate this?

Street light is out. Previously reported end of august and the city closed the ticket on august 31st. The street light hasn't been properly repaired. The street is pitch black and now a prolonged safety issue.

Street light was pulsing last night, on and off, as the wind picked up. Tonight the light was completely out and it's real dark on our block. Unsure if it's the only one.

Utility pole is broken in half and leaning on hedges holding up wires. Not so safe for vehicles or pedestrians.

Walk sign stuck on 8. Someone could walk and not yield to traffic.

Right of way tree, low enough you have to duck and weave with a stroller.

We believe spectrum came several weeks ago after an internet outage. They left a line behind that runs in the road across the front of 3 houses. There is also a jumbled mess of wires that finish at the base of the utility pole in front of 609 s east st.

The street light is actually not out. It is very much on. Every since the bulbs were changed out several years ago it as if a ufo has landed in our home at night. It can be 3am and you could comfortably cook a meal in the kitchen at the back of the house with no interior light on. Is there any way to blunt the light facing our homes? A shield?

The church yard maintenance group continuously blows all the leaves into the street on every street that surrounds it in massive piles. During windy days the leaves blow into neighboring yards and fill the storm drains.

There is a city owned lot that had a 40 ft pecan tree, last week, and then it disappeared. It fell across the stream and is massive. It fell just in front of a stream pipe opening.

Families have been spending a lot of time since the quarantine in the green space around chavis way. The grass is high and it makes it hard for little ones to walk in.

A company jackhammered the asphalt in the road, in several places last week, hit a gas line, forced an evacuation of the neighborhood for hours and never returned to patch the street. One major hole is in front of a driveway and causing cars to bottom out.
