    We were the 3rd car at the red light at the movie theater this afternoon, 9/24. The light changed and we started to move. As we drove under the light, it already changed to yellow. Maybe the car behind us got through. This is crazy and a road rage accident waiting to happen. Green light be at least 30 seconds to prevent traffic backups.

    The manhole cover on Main Street at Warren is sinking and creating a pothole. Some drivers are trying to avoid it and that can lead to accidents. There is also one starting to sink in front of the episcopal church.
