Mutliple lights out: pole numbers N2211 above Baywheels bikes, N6558, N6555, and pole with no number across Athol from pole number N6555

Multiple lights out along Lakeshore, between Brooklyn and Courthouse. Pole numbers N6480, N6478, N6454, (N6452, N6450, N6446, N6444 all cycling), N6440, N6443, (N5445, N64451, N6449, N6453, N6455 all cycling), N6459, N6465. N0196 by courthouse at corner of Lake Merrit Blvd and 12th St. Lights out with no pole numbers: Northern corner of intersection of Lakeshore and Hanover, and hard to read maybe A5506 immediately North of Pole number NN480 at corner of Lakeshore and Brooklyn.

Traffic lights out all 4 intersections 17th and Harrison.

Street light out on Northeast corner ofr Brooklyn Ave and Merritt Ave. Multiple numbers on pole in picture.

All street lights on middle island out, on West Grand between Mandella and Poplar.

Four lights out on 17th Street on either side of Broadway. Pole number 7406, no pole number across from 426 17th street, pole number A7125 and no pole nuber across street from it.

Pole number A5524 is out.

These are all along or near Lake Merrit Blvd. Light N6454 over the bridge is cycling and N6452 is out; @ museum N6424 is out; N6435 & N6459 on Southern side of Lake Merrit Blvd are out; on Northern side N6439, N6438, N6436, N6434, N6432 and N6427 are half out: each has a light overlooking the street and another over the sidewalk. All the ones overlooking the sidewalk are out and have been since first installed as part of Measure DD. See previous service request id 553171 for example. Thank you for putting pole numbers on these now which should help fix this finally.

Street lights on both sides of Lakeshore Ave, between Boden Way and Brooklyn Avenue are not working properly. They are emitting only about half the light from each bulb so that no light reaches the ground and crosswalks where the light is needed. This is a busy, dark and dangerous stretch especially with all the people crossing Lakeshore at the Cleveland Cascade steps All the lights on other roads are working properly. Been reported months ago, and still not working.

All street lights along Lakeshore Ave between Brooklyn and Boden Way have suddenly become very faint. Noticed for the last couple of weeks. The light is so faint it does not illuminate the street or sidewalks on this very busy stretch of Lakeshore Ave. Please fix.

Light out on pole holding up the chain of lights across from Athol tennis court. It is the closest one to street light pole number N6482, but has no pole number. Please fix.

Pole number N2222 at corner of Wesley Ave, and Wayne Ave is out. Please fix.

6 poles holding up the chain of lights are out, between the Lake Chalet and the pedestrian walkway over the Lake Merritt Channel. There are no pole numbers or other references for these six lights and not all the other lights by them are out. Also, the pole between the lake and 1200 Lakeshore Ave is out. The pole between the lake and street light A5495 (roughly 1900 Lakeshore Ave) is out. The 9th light out is the first one, starting from the Pergoda across from the Lady of Lourdes church at 2808 Lakeshore Ave. Please fix and put numbers on these poles to make reporting and fixing easier. None of the lights on the poles overlooking the 11th street tunnel where it emerges to meet Lake Merritt Blvd are working. (Both sides)

First street light on western side of Athol not working. Pole is unnumbered and is a cobra style. Please fix and also number the pole so we can report outages easier. Thanks.
