The city "cleaned" the underpass on 42nd but it has refilled with an incredible amount of waste. This is the main route for children walking to school and anyone going between business and residential areas. A very busy street, the garbage is worse than in the 15 years I've lived here. Extremely unsanitary, a health hazard, and flat out disgusting. The city needs to clean up the trash even though there is no address, and HOSE DOWN the sidewalks and walls to get rid of human feces, etc.
