    This porch has had junk and crap on it for over a year, yet the 2 houses across the street from this address have been red tagged and you tell me Code Compliance is doing their job. I call B.S. then Code Compliance wants to give me a hard time about a single window a/c unit on my rental property front porch, nothing else, yet this address has went over a year with not a damn thing done. You tell me they don't pick and choose who they discriminate against, I've a good mind to contact an attorney.

    The house has been "red tagged" by Code Compliance on March 17 for having tenants and not being registered as a rental, the people continue to live in it though technically they are only to be on the premises from 8-5 M-F No weekends. The police came for the 1st time Fri March 28th and informed them of the timeframe they could be there, now today (Sun) they are back like nothings happened yet nothing has changed with the issue of the red tag. The people that are there have sorta taken the house like squatters as the owner lives out of state, it's also becoming a problem with partying, use of the drive as a mechanic shop, different vehicles getting repaired all the time. I want to know why nothing is being done on code compliance end to either board the house or whatever it takes to get them gone, I was told through the grapevine they even "faked" a lease to get the utilities turned. Please help with this issue
