    The intersection of Monmouth and Columbus is overrun by people not obeying the turn only lanes. Cars traveling on Monmouth crossing Columbus routinely use the "right turn only" lane to cross Columbus instead of turn off onto Columbus. This congests the intersection and causes a huge back up of the straight/left turn lane every morning. It also blocks the route for the ambulances coming up Monmouth and the regular traffic running up and down Columbus. Can we have an officer posted there in the morning to force people abusing the turn lane to actually turn?
