I brought this issue up before and this is why i fill I was singled out because I recieved 5 citations under vehicle code 302.8 back in July and my neighbor still has a vehicle on his property with a sticker of 2012. Why hasn't he been cited. It was reported to codes and yet it's still there. While your at it take a look at the yard of 157 franklin (if you can get through because the same neighbors blocked the walk way) it's a site. I am glad they got rid of the junk in that white truck. This honda hasn't been off the driveway since 2013. Now I know why. Can't wait for our meeting in Dec. Marie.

As usual car blocking traffic on franklin st. People at garage looking at car to be fixed.

Spray painting cars in garage instead of a spray booth. Polluting the air because garage door is partially open.

On 8/12/2014 between 12:00p.m. and 7:00 p.m. franklins wasbusy with cars parked illegal. That garage keeps cars parked illegally. Shown was a car war truck and car at a stand still. People would either sit and wit for them to move or they had to back into traffic and take another route. If that gargage remains open painting and fixing numerous car then they should tell their people to park legally on Oak st. They can care less about the law. I've seen the handi cap bus park illegally on oak st until they desided to move so they can drop their party off on franklin st. Sometimes bus takes another route. When does madness stop. Apparently t h ey don't care because t h ey park in my site knowing i snap pics.

I was trying to be neighborly when i asked my neighbors to move their privacy fence so the bread they hang out for the birds or other prey to eat not hang in my yard. They the dad started cussing me out they everyone in the house came out and his girl friend staryed doing the same. I said just move the fence so the bread is not hanging in my yard. So she kncked 1 of the 3 breads off after he straightened the fence so it wouldn't lean in my yard. She continued arguing stating dhe was calling the police. I never seen police move so fast. They where here within 5 minutes (Wow) i called about an elderly who may have fallen and it took over 1/2 hour to get hete. Not to get off the subject so i watched them take neighbors statement then they came to me. I believe it was officer Mollichella who took my statement and he semmed to side with them so i was trying to show him this picture but he seemed like he could care less but him and i but heads before so i didn't exspect him to see things my way. Bottom line was i was trying to be neighborly and it didn't work. So for now on 911 calls will come in from me all the time when it comes to them(i want to see how long it takes for them to come to my rescue). 1 of me to 5 of them. I want to see this report before i pursue this further.

Check out this pic. Why would this guy leave his car parked half way in middle of franklin street when he should have pulled into his drive way????? This is why I don't close this incident.several cars come up and down this street (including a bus with handicap personal) daily. It's been there over 1/2 hr. Do I call police?

I called 911 because I felt this elderly guy fell and couldn't get up. I seen him before with a walker and it wasn't anywhere around him. I called around 8:41 and the never showed up until around 9:10. This is unacceptable for a 911 call. I told them he was in his late 70's. Next time I will call paramedics.

Can not believe I called police to report this elderly man may have fallen and he was African American and police never showed up. I couldn't help him up because I am elderly also but I did exspect them to respond in reasonable time. 20 min and they still haven't showed up. Discrimination.

cars are parking on oak street between s. 4th ave and franklin when there is clearly a sign posted "no parking any time". there is legal parking on opposite side of road but they refuse to park there.
