My basement has had some drain backup issues recently. No real damage to the basement (this time), but in the bottom of my drain, I found organic debris consisting of leaves, twigs, grass clippings, etc. This leads me to believe that there is a blockage somewhere in the city sewer system which causes rain runoff to divert into my basement. This is the second time I've had water back up through my floor drains since August 2018 due to heavy rains.

The wooden beams on the ground outlining the play areas (specifically the swing sets) have exposed rebar poking through; some more than an inch! This seems very dangerous for the children running around and playing in the park. This issue must be addressed before someone gets seriously hurt. Please thoroughly check all the beams in the park for this problem. Thanks

At the Western Ave entrance to U Albany, there is a number of potholes around the storm drain and manhole cover that are unavoidable when driving into campus.

The fire hydrant on the end of our street is open and spewing water. it's running down the street. I don't know if this is on purpose.

There has been an increase of litter in and around the playground area on Simpson Ave. The garbage cans need more frequent changing and the sidewalk is covered in grass clippings.
