The street light is out at this 90 degree turn and is a serious traffic hazard in the dark, This is a relatively busy area of the road as not only do residents, but "drive thru" traffic use this road, and there are no sidewalks on either side of Oak View Drive at this location. This is also a high pedestrian "walking area", and drivers can not see them in the dark because of the 90 degree turn heading towards Cypress Green Drive.
