    The melting of the ice and snow has revealed a large number of cigarette butts that have been discarded by employees at 1 Commerce Plaza over the last several months. This is an ongoing issue that the city needs to address with building management so they can develop and implement a plan to control this issue. These cigarette butts wind up in the storm drain and then the river.

    When street light at Northern & Livingston was fixed on 6/19 the programming was not set correctly. No longer gives green left turn arrow to South bound traffic on Nothern Blvd causing large backups during morning commute causing at least one accident back on the I-90 off ramp.
