    The residential sewer cover on the east corner at Alcatraz and Essex street is overflowing into the gutter.

    The high pressure sodium street light on Essex street, just off of Alcatraz is burned out. The light does not stay on overnight.

    EBMUD came through our neighborhood about two months ago and tore up the street to replace some piping. They recently came in the repatched the Berkeley side of our street, but the oakland side of the street is in very poor shape. It would be fantastic if Oakland to could put down a new layer of asphalt so that we can ride our bicycles down the street safely.

    There is no street sign on our cul de sac. There was a pole approximately 4 months ago. About 2 months ago, the pole was bent at the base and the sign missing. Now the pole is completely gone
